Refund & Return Policy – House of Orchard
PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
At House of Orchard, we strive to deliver high-quality pieces and full customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the conditions below.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels.
- The product shows no signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. innerwear) must be unused and clean.
- You must receive approval from us before returning any item.
- Shipping cost for returning the item is fully borne by the customer.
- A SGD 9.95 processing fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are processed within up to 21 business days after we receive the item.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How Do I Request a Return?
Please send an email to support@houseoforchard.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Full name
- Customer address
Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender address listed on the package.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 14 to 21 business days
- The SGD 9.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after payment and cannot be canceled once placed.
If your order is already in transit, please wait for it to arrive, and then follow the return process above.
